Silver-based paste for forming rear contacts with the screen-printing technique on mono- and multicrystalline silicon wafers
Back side silver pastes for PERC cells significantly contribute to solar cell efficiency and help to manage solar cell cost.
MY-series for rear tabbing was specially developed to meet the demand for product with efficient balance between silver content and paste laydown. 55% silver content along with up to 6% lower consumption per wafer allow 10-15% cost down.
Moreover, MY provides up to 50% higher adhesion, which results in enhanced production yields, and improves cell and module reliability.
 
 

Front side silver pastes for conventional cell design

 

Silver-based paste for forming front ohmic contacts using the screen-printing technique on mono- and multicrystalline silicon wafers. FMC-series is suitable for combined burning-in with pastes for rear contacts, and possesses good compatibility with other Monocrystal products for metallization of solar cells.

Lead-free back-side silver pastes with 46% silver content are specially designed for BSF solar cells
Back-side silver pastes MS-series is a cost-effective solution providing excellent adhesion and low contact degradation.
 
 

Silver palladium powder

 
PSPTR powder in the series are powder-like solid solutions-system solution dissolved silver-palladium. They are designed for the production of electrically conductive pastes used in the production of ceramic capacitors and electronic products. Paladievite silver powders are represented by two product groups:
• PSPTR-M Series – hard rastvor Ag-Pd system
• PSPTR-K series – ceramics (TiBaO3), lined with hard rastvor Ag-Pd
